Nell is the classic silent film “damsel in distress” who appears to get bound and gagged nonconsensually by Snidely Whiplash on the railroad tracks on a semi-regular basis. She appears to have affection for Dudley, although she may be more interested in his horse than she is him. She bakes pies in her spare time and sells them as well.
Our Original Lore: While Bullwinkle's band is on tour, Nell stays in Canada caring for Horse. She can live at ease knowing that Snidely Whiplash is on the road with the band.
Television: Nell has appeared on the series Rocky and His Friends, as well as other adaptations of Dudley Do-Right.
Bullwinkle's Restaurants: Nell does not appear as an animatronic in any of the constructed stage shows, but does appear in a photo behind Dudley with Horse in early setups. She is mentioned in the musical number Bullwinkle Moose, where she is mentioned to agree that Bullwinkle Moose will go down in history. She also appears on a large billboard advertising her pies in the Northwoods show.
