Tooter Turtle
Tooter Turtle was part of the Bullwinkle's original prototype stage show, and he appears in the modified A Stage as well. While there is footage of Tooter on a B Stage, this is rare and it does not seem that Tooter was included on most future stages. The animatronic has no voice, and only communicates by playing the drums.
There is one publicly known Tooter Turtle in existance from the Federal Way location, which was sold to a collector in 2024.
